Overview
This role offers the opportunity to oversee sales operations and drive business growth across multiple regions in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and manage Senior Sales Executives and Territory Managers within the assigned region
- Drive sales performance, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across the territory
- Develop and implement effective market penetration and territory growth strategies
- Monitor loan or sales portfolio performance and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Support recovery efforts and manage risk within the portfolio where necessary
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management
- Ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or territory management within the financial services sector
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing sales teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and business targets
- Good understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and customer behavior
