    Abuja (FCT), Sagamu Interchange, Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Borno, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, and Zamfara

    Role Overview

    The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the assigned region. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers, promoting infusion and medical products, and executing strategic sales initiatives to meet or exceed business targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the assigned territory
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and distributors
    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare staff
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base
    • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor analysis
    • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain accurate sales and client records
    • Promote infusion and medical products in compliance with regulatory and safety standards
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product positioning and customer satisfaction

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline)
    • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage a large geographical territory
    • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
    • Good analytical skills and understanding of market dynamics
