🧾 JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant, Warehouse supports the warehouse supervisor in managing stored goods, ensuring proper storage conditions, and maintaining accurate records of all warehouse transactions.
The role requires strict compliance with organizational procedures, donor requirements, and local regulations.

⚙️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in implementing warehouse procedures in line with IMC standards
* Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, safety)
* Monitor stock levels and shelf life of items
* Report damages, losses, and discrepancies in stock
* Maintain accurate inventory records by item and project
* Support receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming goods (GRN)
* Organize and stack goods efficiently to optimize space
* Prepare and release goods based on approved orders
* Supervise casual labor and warehouse visitors
* Ensure proper packaging and safe dispatch of goods
* Maintain cleanliness and pest-free warehouse conditions
* Support compliance, audits, and reporting requirements
* Use Logistics Management Information Systems (LMIS) effectively

🎓 REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* At least 6 months experience in warehouse/logistics
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to work in remote or challenging environments
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)

* Valid Pharmacist License is required (for managing a medical warehouse)
