Business Analyst @Blockchain

Overview

Blockchain is a leading global cryptocurrency company, facilitating safe access to cryptocurrency for millions worldwide. They are seeking a Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives within the Consumer business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of key business areas within Consumer.
• Analyze business performance across various metrics, including revenue, margin, and retention.
• Identify product opportunities and define problem statements with Business Leads and Product Managers.
• Translate business goals and customer insights into actionable product recommendations.
• Build dashboards and reports for performance evaluation and opportunity identification.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements and support feature delivery.
• Support product launches by coordinating inputs from various teams.
• Analyze pricing, economics, and risk controls in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Establish a performance tracking cadence around launches and business reviews.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, product analytics, or consumer technology.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in business modeling and data interpretation.
• Able to derive clear product recommendations from data and customer insights.
• Strong product judgment and interest in customer-facing product development.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of working on strategic and operational tasks.
• Interest in crypto, fintech, and high-growth businesses.
