Overview
A fast-growing organization is seeking highly driven and competitive Call Center Agents to support its sales operations. This role focuses on outbound sales to U.S. business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80 to 120 outbound calls daily to U.S. business owners across various industries
- Deliver compelling sales pitches within the first 30 seconds
- Identify customer pain points through active listening and tailor solutions accordingly
- Handle objections related to pricing, timing, and trust with confidence
- Conduct systematic follow-ups via phone, email, SMS, and CRM tools
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Accurately log all calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system
- Participate in daily team huddles, weekly one-on-one sessions, and monthly performance reviews
- Continuously refine sales techniques based on coaching and performance data
- Share effective strategies and insights with team members
Requirements
- Highly competitive, aggressive, and financially motivated
- Exceptional spoken English; American accent strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound sales or cold calling
- Ability to handle rejection without losing motivation
- Self-driven with strong ownership of targets and results
- Willingness to work U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST/CST)
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with CRM systems and VoIP dialers
