Key Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement planning and conduct market assessments.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with procurement policies and donor regulations.
Oversee warehouse operations and ensure proper stock management.
Support efficient distribution of programme supplies.
Manage fleet operations and ensure optimal vehicle utilization.
Maintain accurate reporting systems for all supply chain activities.
Build capacity of supply chain staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
Work closely with programme teams for timely project implementation.

Requirements

Advanced degree in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum five years of relevant experience in NGO or humanitarian settings; a bachelor's degree with seven years of experience may be considered.
Strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in complex and high-pressure environments.
Experience in ERP systems and humanitarian logistics is advantageous.
Professional certifications such as CIPS will be an added advantage.
