    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate procurement planning and conduct market assessments.
    • Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with procurement policies and donor regulations.
    • Oversee warehouse operations and ensure proper stock management.
    • Support efficient distribution of programme supplies.
    • Manage fleet operations and ensure optimal vehicle utilization.
    • Maintain accurate reporting systems for all supply chain activities.
    • Build capacity of supply chain staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Work closely with programme teams for timely project implementation.

    Requirements

    • Advanced degree in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, business administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum five years of relevant experience in NGO or humanitarian settings; a bachelor's degree with seven years of experience may be considered.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills.
    • Ability to work in complex and high-pressure environments.
    • Experience in ERP systems and humanitarian logistics is advantageous.
    • Professional certifications such as CIPS will be an added advantage.
