Candidate Experience Analyst @Brex

Overview

Brex is seeking a Candidate Experience Analyst who will focus on enhancing the candidate experience during the recruitment process and support the hiring of exceptional talent at the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interview schedules across time zones with precision and discretion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, engaging, and confidential experience from first conversation to offer.
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and Executive Assistants to align priorities, anticipate conflicts, and maintain clear communication.
• Apply sound judgment to navigate last-minute changes, sensitive information, and competing demands with professionalism and tact.
• Streamline processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.
• Support recruiting projects, including system audits, tool management, data pulls and reviews.
• Communicate proactively and effectively across teams to build trust, ensure alignment, and maintain a high standard for quality and service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally supporting senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience with recruiting tools such as Google Calendar, Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and Gem.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Brex with polish and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgment.
• Solutions-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
