CarbonFarm is offering full-time remote opportunities focused on climate, agriculture, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management for B2B software roll-outs.
- Deliver training sessions for customer teams.
- Manage customer reviews and license renewals.
- Collaborate with the product team for improvements.
- Support sales expansion and upselling initiatives.
- Provide project reporting and track metrics.
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic advisor for customers.
- Manage relationships with government agencies for project approvals.
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or project management within B2B software, SaaS, or technology consulting.
- Based in Vietnam or India (role-specific).
- Experience in agriculture, climate tech, or carbon markets.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English & Vietnamese.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Experience in start-up/scale-up settings.
