Overview

Finom Group is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Independent Verification Personnel to support the Independent Verification of Integrated Supportive Supervision (IVISS) across selected health facilities in Kaduna and Kano States.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct facility assessments and validate supervisory processes.
• Provide on-site coaching to health workers.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data collected.

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in health data collection or supervision.
• At least 25 years old.
• Proficient in ODK or similar data collection tools.
• Experience in conducting Key Informant Interviews.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hausa.
• Familiarity with health systems in Kaduna and Kano States is an advantage.
