Overview

This role offers high-level technical leadership in education across CARE Country Offices and within the Program, Strategy, and Impact (PSI) team.

Key Responsibilities

Strengthening education systems and improving program quality.
Serving as Project Director for the RE-IMAGINE Project in Niger.
Providing strategic oversight of project implementation and ensuring compliance with evaluation frameworks.
Ensuring high-quality delivery of all interventions aligned with RCT requirements.
Leading technical discussions and facilitating knowledge sharing.
Monitoring budgets, timelines, and operational risks.
Coordinating and managing relationships across multiple stakeholders.
Providing technical support and ensuring alignment with donor requirements.
Leading technical writing for concept notes and funding applications.

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in education, health systems strengthening, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience in program management and donor relations.
Proven track record in writing successful donor-funded proposals.
Fluency in English and French or Hausa.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to manage complex programs and diverse teams.
