    Overview

    This role offers an opportunity to lead the Total Rewards and Global Mobility strategy within a prominent international organization, focusing on the development of fair and equitable global compensation systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain global reward frameworks.
    • Design and strengthen global reward strategies aligned with organizational values.
    • Implement job architecture and evaluation systems.
    • Lead compensation benchmarking and pay governance.
    • Support global mobility frameworks and address compensation challenges.
    • Develop comprehensive benefits systems to enhance employee experience.
    • Ensure equitable compensation across diverse economic environments.
    • Strengthen evidence-based decision-making related to reward systems.

    Requirements

    • Extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and reward systems in international or multi-country organizations.
    • Strong expertise in job architecture, job evaluation, and pay benchmarking.
    • Experience working across diverse labour markets, especially in the Global South.
    • Proficient in designing reward policies and governance frameworks.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus.
