The Change Makers Micro-Grant Program, launched by Helping Hands, empowers young Canadians aged 15 to 29 to turn their ideas into impactful community projects through financial support, mentorship, and training.

Eligibility

This program is open to young Canadians between the ages of 15 and 29 with a vision for community-based projects.

Benefits

• Funding of up to $5,000 distributed in three tiers:
• $1,000 Grants for small-scale projects.
• $3,000 Grants for medium-scale initiatives requiring a team.
• $5,000 Grants for large-scale projects requiring strategic planning.
• Access to mandatory training sessions and ongoing mentorship.
• Networking opportunities with peers and community leaders.
