    Overview

    This consultancy offers the design and delivery of a Climate-Resilient Labour Mobility Framework for Business, aimed at ensuring adaptation investments are inclusive of the workforce affected by climate risks, particularly migrant workers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and deliver the Climate-Resilient Labour Mobility Framework for Business.
    • Conduct corridor research, engage with stakeholders, and coordinate outreach efforts.
    • Establish analytical foundations through climate risk and labour mobility analysis.
    • Lead efforts to secure pilot commitments from businesses across designated corridors.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in labour migration and climate-related fields.
    • Deep knowledge of the African labour context and relevant regional frameworks.
    • Ability to translate complex evidence into actionable outputs for businesses.
    • Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
    • Experience engaging global brands in climate-exposed sectors.

    Benefits
