Overview
ClimateWorks Foundation is seeking a Communications Manager to support its Global Industry Hub (GIH) initiative, focusing on accelerating heavy industry decarbonization. This remote role requires a strategic communications professional with B2B marketing expertise and a passion for climate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of GIH’s global website, including CMS, UX, SEO, and analytics.
- Manage and grow GIH’s LinkedIn presence and other relevant platforms to strengthen brand awareness.
- Produce high-quality content (web copy, blog posts, reports, infographics, videos, newsletters) and maintain an editorial calendar.
- Monitor KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics, and report on digital performance.
- Collaborate with external vendors and ensure compliance with brand and accessibility standards.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in communications, digital content, or marketing.
- Strong background in B2B marketing and website management.
- Proven CMS, SEO, and analytics experience for global organizations.
- Experience managing LinkedIn growth and engagement.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience collaborating across global teams and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or related field.
