Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, coordinating with sales and other stakeholders.
• Support the legal review and negotiation of various inbound commercial contracts.
• Drive improvement in commercial contracting processes and develop internal policies.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Provide legal advice on contract terms and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial law, preferably in-house at a tech company.
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology and commercial contracts.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Benefits

The role includes a salary range of $220,000-$270,000 USD, with additional compensation options depending on various factors.

Location

This position requires time in the New York City office, in a hybrid work environment with three days in-office and up to four weeks of remote work per year.
