Overview

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an experienced Consulting Architect to join its Global Capability Center. This senior role is crucial for implementing the Elastic Stack, particularly focused on Search AI, to support global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Elastic solutions and expertise to drive customer business value.
• Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and sizing workshops with clients.
• Advocate for customers, build relationships, and communicate effectively.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Elastic projects and develop proof-of-concepts.
• Drive objectives, requirements gathering, project tasks, and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams.
• Mentor team members and engage with the Elastic Sales team.

Requirements

• Active Elastic Certified Engineer certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 7 years in a consulting or senior technical role.
• Proven experience in deploying Enterprise Search solutions.
• Experience in solving technical search problems related to relevancy and performance.
• Deep understanding of distributed architecture and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with major public/private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in Linux, networking, security, and containerization.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Travel willingness (up to 20%) for client site visits.
• BS or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
