🎯 About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at TasklyAfrica, you will be the frontline voice for international clients, assisting customers via phone, chat, and email. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience across different time zones.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when needed
• Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
• Meet performance targets (call volume, CSAT, resolution time)
• Follow scripts, company policies, and standard procedures
• Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality

✅ Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English (clear or neutral accent)
• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.)
• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Quiet and professional home workspace
• Ability to work flexible hours, including U.S. business hours
