    💰 Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦450,000 Net Monthly

    A fast-growing fintech and digital payments company is seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to join its growing team.

    We are particularly interested in candidates with prior fintech experience and a practical understanding of digital payments, stablecoins, wallet addresses, blockchain networks, deposits, withdrawals, and related customer support processes.
    Candidates with exposure to crypto platforms, digital wallets, remittance solutions, or similar fintech environments will be strongly preferred.

    🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW
    The successful candidate will support customers across multiple channels, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless user experience while working closely with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, and Technology.

    🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and support platforms
    • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary
    • Assist customers with payment-related issues, deposits, withdrawals, wallet transactions, and network-related concerns
    • Explain fintech and digital payment processes clearly and professionally to customers
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
    • Identify recurring customer concerns and contribute to process improvements
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational standards

    🔹 REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
    • 1–3 years of customer support experience, preferably within fintech, crypto, remittance, or digital payment environments
    • Practical understanding of stablecoins, wallet addresses, blockchain networks, deposits, and withdrawals
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
    • High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable using support tools/platforms
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments
