    Overview

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions, inquiries, and service delivery within a fast-paced real estate environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, email)
    • Provide accurate information on property listings, services, and processes
    • Handle client complaints and resolve issues efficiently
    • Track and manage incoming leads from digital and offline channels
    • Conduct timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into site visits or transactions
    • Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and clients
    • Update and manage customer records in CRM systems
    • Document all interactions, feedback, and service requests
    • Support scheduling of property inspections and meetings
    • Liaise with sales, operations, and property teams to ensure seamless service delivery, escalating complex issues if necessary.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND/BSc in any relevant field
    • 1–3 years experience in customer service, preferably in real estate or related sectors
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • High responsiveness and customer-centric mindset
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • Professional demeanor and attention to detail
    • Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate
    • Presentable and professional appearance
    • Ability to meet deadlines and response timelines

    Benefits

    • Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦180,000
    • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
