Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions, inquiries, and service delivery within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, email)
- Provide accurate information on property listings, services, and processes
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Track and manage incoming leads from digital and offline channels
- Conduct timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into site visits or transactions
- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and clients
- Update and manage customer records in CRM systems
- Document all interactions, feedback, and service requests
- Support scheduling of property inspections and meetings
- Liaise with sales, operations, and property teams to ensure seamless service delivery, escalating complex issues if necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/BSc in any relevant field
- 1–3 years experience in customer service, preferably in real estate or related sectors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High responsiveness and customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
- Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Ability to meet deadlines and response timelines
Benefits
- Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦180,000
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
