Silk Road Restaurant is hiring a Social Media Operations Officer to enhance its digital presence through creative storytelling and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photos and videos of gourmet dishes and the restaurant's ambiance.
Design eye-catching graphics and edit trending short-form videos for social media.
Manage TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts; engage with followers to foster a loyal community.
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and drive table bookings.

Requirements

Minimum of a College Degree (HND/B.Sc) or equivalent.
Outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills.
Expertise in mobile photography, videography, and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite).
Prior experience in managing social media for a restaurant, luxury brand, or hospitality business is preferred.

Benefits

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 (includes performance bonuses based on growth and engagement).
Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM with one day off per week.
