Overview
Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Data Entry Officer to accurately enter and maintain customer accounts, product catalogues, inventory records, and pricing data.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update merchant data (products, SKUs, pricing, inventory, customer profiles)
- Process bulk uploads (Excel/CSV), ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain data standards and naming conventions
- Prepare merchant accounts before onboarding
- Review submitted templates for errors or missing data
- Assist with catalogue setup, tax configurations, and payment settings
- Detect and correct errors, duplicates, and outdated records
- Cross-check data across CRM, POS systems, and spreadsheets
- Report and escalate anomalies
- Keep logs of data entries, imports, and corrections
- Document recurring issues and solutions
- Recommend workflow improvements
- Support onboarding, account, and support teams with data requests
- Coordinate with teams to resolve missing data quickly
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in data entry or data operations (fintech/SaaS preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Familiarity with CRM or POS tools
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience with CSV imports and data migration (preferred)
- Knowledge of retail or inventory systems (preferred)
- Experience supporting onboarding or customer success teams (preferred)
- Must be based in Lekki, Ikeja, or Ajah (preferred)
