Overview

Figma is looking for a Designer Advocate to join their passionate team of creatives. This role involves partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to empower users and shape the future of design and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help customers maximize Figma's potential.
• Develop written, visual, and video resources showcasing modern design and build processes.
• Foster relationships within the Figma community and identify collaboration opportunities.
• Present at industry meetups, conferences, and community events, sharing insights from design work.
• Monitor community feedback and emerging design trends to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in Figma and modern product and visual design workflows.
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams and collaborating with engineers.
• Ability to navigate evolving workflows and technologies, including design systems and AI-assisted design.
• Passion for the design community with strong communication skills for public speaking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
