Overview

Twilio is looking for a Digital Sales Representative to join their Self-Service Business team, which serves over 300,000 active customers and generates nearly $1B annually. This remote role focuses on growing and retaining high-value self-service accounts through customer engagement and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Engage high-value self-service customers through programmatically assigned inbound and outbound leads.
Identify growth opportunities by assessing product usage signals, customer needs, and readiness to scale.
Guide customers through adoption of Twilio Communications, SendGrid, or Segment products.
Retain priority accounts by proactively addressing risks and supporting continued product value.
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to improve strategies.

Requirements

At least 1 year of sales development or business development experience at a technology company, or 2-3+ years of closing experience in another industry.
Ability to qualify opportunities and guide customers toward relevant solutions.
Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
Comfort using data and product usage signals to prioritize outreach.
Curiosity about cloud communications, customer engagement, email, data, or SaaS products.
