Overview

The company seeks a Director of Compensation to manage the compensation strategy and ensure competitive and fair pay as it expands into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the broad-based compensation strategy and oversee annual and mid-year compensation cycles.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders on compensation-related issues.
• Lead a high-performing team of compensation business partners and maintain individual contributor responsibilities.
• Drive changes in equity compensation and design frameworks for international expansion compensation.
• Transform data into clear recommendations for executive leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience supporting large R&D or Engineering functions and advising VP/SVP-level leaders.
• Expertise in equity compensation design and strategy in a tech company environment.
• Experience building compensation programs at scale, such as job architecture and performance cycles.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (gSheets and Excel) for data analysis.
• Interest in AI and technology to enhance compensation practices.
