Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8 to 12 years in product strategy, product management, or solutions consulting, including team management experience.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or education.
• Proven ability to turn market research into business cases or roadmap recommendations.
• Experience in building operational infrastructure, including KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong risk identification and mitigation planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with market-sizing frameworks and competitive analysis methods.
