Vice President, People & Culture @C3 Industries

Overview

The Vice President, People & Culture is responsible for leading and evolving the enterprise Human Resources function in support of C3 Industries’ operations. This role acts as a strategic partner to executive leadership and manages various aspects of HR including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and update strategies and policies in response to labor market trends.
• Enhance HR process efficiency through standardization and automation.
• Lead workforce planning and labor cost forecasting.
• Build and maintain executive-level workforce dashboards.
• Oversee HRIS strategy and data governance.
• Negotiate and manage company-wide benefits strategy.
• Provide leadership in union engagement and collective bargaining.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness across multi-state operations.
• Design compensation strategies aligned with business needs.
• Build talent acquisition pipelines and succession planning.
• Manage HR budget and align HR initiatives with financial performance.
• Coach a high-performing HR leadership team.
• Champion organization culture and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• PHR, SPHR or other HR certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience in multi-state and regulated environments preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with union negotiations.
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of employment law.
• Ability to partner effectively at executive levels.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to travel as needed and pass background check requirements.
