Director, People Partners - Product, Design & Engineering @Figma

Overview

Figma is seeking a Director of People Partners for Product, Design & Engineering to partner with leaders in building a collaborative work environment amidst rapid growth and change.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic People Partner to Figma’s CTO and Chief Design Officer, influencing team organization and growth.
• Lead and develop a team of People Partners across the Product, Design, and Engineering organizations.
• Execute People Programs, including org design and change management through periods of scaling.
• Drive people cycles across performance, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute the People strategy within the PDE organization.
• Use data insights to measure impact and provide guidance to supported leaders.
• Help shape and scale the People Partner function, enhancing the operating model.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a People Partner leader in high-growth environments.
• Track record supporting Product, Design, and/or Engineering organizations.
• Strong business and technical acumen, understanding product and technical operations.
• Ability to challenge and influence senior leaders effectively.
• Resilience in fast-paced environments.

Annual base salary range: $235,000 — $317,000 USD.
