Overview

Brex is the intelligent finance platform that empowers companies to manage spending and operations effectively. The Director of Product Marketing will lead the product marketing strategy, positioning Brex’s financial products to thrive in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own Brex’s product marketing strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with company priorities and market opportunities.
Build and lead a high-performing Product Marketing team and establish scalable processes across portfolio marketing and vertical strategy.
Partner with Product to define product positioning based on customer needs and competitive landscape.
Craft narratives, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with key customer segments.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns for product launches.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, providing resources to support them, including pitch decks and training materials.
Position Brex as a thought leader in financial services through engagements and partnerships.
Monitor performance and refine strategies to maximize adoption and ROI.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment.
Proven ability to build and scale product marketing teams.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with a record of driving business outcomes.
Expertise in developing and executing GTM strategies for complex products.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Data-driven decision-making skills with experience analyzing performance metrics.
Experience managing marketing budgets and influencing stakeholders.
