Overview

Figma is looking for a Director, Solutions Consulting to lead their Solutions Consulting teams in the Americas. This role involves defining and executing strategies in partnership with Sales to engage customers and expand the business effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and inspire Solutions Consultants and team leaders with scalable, data-driven processes.
• Partner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets and ensure successful pre-sales outcomes.
• Analyze and manage performance metrics for AMER Solutions Consulting teams.
• Develop and scale core processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and POCs/trials.
• Act as a technical executive for customer relationship building and advancing opportunities.
• Recruit and mentor the AMER Solutions Consulting leadership team.
• Leverage customer feedback for product improvements with Product and Engineering teams.
• Participate in regional industry events as a thought leader.

Requirements

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS.
• 6+ years of management experience, including 2+ years managing managers.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams across time zones.
• Strong partnership experience with regional Sales leadership on GTM strategy.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Product and Customer Experience.
• Understanding of the technical and competitive landscape.
• Ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
