Overview

The Engineering Manager, AI at Lattice will lead the AI Intelligence Quality (IQ) team, focusing on building a foundational AI Platform to ensure the quality and reliability of AI systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of AI and software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
• Own the execution and delivery of the AI Platform roadmap.
• Partner with various teams to define AI quality metrics and improve AI systems.
• Lead the development of AI evaluation infrastructure, quality metrics, and developer tooling.
• Drive decisions that enhance the scalability and reliability of the AI Platform.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to establish AI evaluations as a foundational capability.

Requirements

• Experience leading and growing high-performing software engineering teams.
• Strong technical background in AI infrastructure, AI products, or developer platforms.
• Proven experience in building enterprise SaaS AI products emphasizing quality and reliability.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A product and platform mindset with a focus on customer impact and operational excellence.
