Overview

The role of Enterprise Account Executive II involves expanding Brex's reach into the Enterprise segment, focusing on acquiring large, strategic global clients and promoting their Financial Operating System.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, deal administration, and closing.
• Build and manage a robust Enterprise sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
• Articulate the unique value proposition of Brex's products, aligning solutions with customer needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing pain points and delivering innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive internal alignment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B SAAS closing experience in a net-new logo acquisition environment.
• Experience closing deals with Fortune 1000 customers and large enterprise organizations (1,000+ global employees).
• Familiarity with selling SAAS products and effectively communicating value/ROI.
• Consistent quota attainment and top 10% performer track record.
• Ability to independently conduct a product demo.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Benefits

The role offers a compensation package that includes an expected OTE range of $294,000 - $325,000 in certain locations, with variations depending on the location, skills, and experience. Additional forms of compensation may include equity.

Location

This role is hybrid, based in the Seattle office, requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week.
