• Design acquisition strategies with an understanding of customer buying processes.

• Develop Sierra’s partner ecosystem and manage relationships with technology partners.
• Run high-quality bids and proposals in collaboration with various teams within Sierra.
• Operate as an AI-native seller, utilizing AI tools throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Enterprise technology sales or business development experience, specifically in selling software or AI solutions to U.S. government customers.
• Proven success in building pipeline and closing complex opportunities.
• Strong understanding of government acquisition processes, funding cycles, and contract vehicles.
• Ability to build strong relationships with government technology partners.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• A passion for public sector work and a belief in government’s potential impact.
