Overview

Rehabilitation Empowerment and Better Health Initiative (REBHI) is seeking Enumerators to collect high-quality quantitative and qualitative data from community members, focusing on women, girls, and other vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured interviews, surveys, Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
• Use mobile data collection tools such as ODK and KoBo Toolbox.
• Ensure confidentiality and obtain informed consent from participants.
• Create a safe and culturally sensitive environment.
• Report progress and highlight challenges during data collection.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, including Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of one year in humanitarian or NGO-related data collection.
• Fluency in English and local dialects.
• Strong understanding of gender-sensitive approaches.
• Resilience, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.

Location

Based in Nigeria (specifically in Bama and Konduga).
