Overview
Lyft is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support key leaders within the Foundations & AI Transformation organization. The role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and organizing initiatives while working as part of a team of Executive Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s complex calendar and handle meeting coordination, travel, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with fellow Executive Business Partners to ensure effective coverage across all CSP Leaders.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and propose solutions for visibility gaps.
- Independently provide solutions to issues and escalate if necessary.
- Keep track of leaders' priorities and serve as a resource for stakeholders.
- Plan offsites and team events.
- Project-manage initiatives, ensuring timely completion and identifying efficiencies.
- Provide mentorship to other Executive Business Partners in the organization.
- Manage budget and expenses.
- Collaborate with Office Operations and IT teams for optimal meeting setups.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for a C-level executive.
- Ability to anticipate and manage responsibilities proactively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a creative working style and strong project management skills.

Location
This role is hybrid, with a requirement to work in-office 3 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) based in San Francisco, CA. Hybrid roles allow for up to 4 weeks of remote work per year.
