Field Officer, Routine Immunization – PATH Nigeria (3 Openings) @PATH Nigeria

Overview

The Field Officer will support the implementation of a project aimed at improving Routine Immunization coverage across Kebbi State.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project activities within an assigned Local Government Area.
• Serve as the primary liaison between immunization teams, health facilities, and local authorities.
• Provide training and continuous mentoring to Mobile Immunization Teams.
• Develop and implement supportive supervision schedules.
• Maintain accurate documentation of field activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with health facility staff, government stakeholders, and community leaders.
• Monitor vaccine and supply stock levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Public Health or Health Sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in health service delivery, preferably in immunization programs.
• Strong ability to work with local health systems and community stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kebbi State.
