Overview
Fight Inequality Alliance is seeking a creative, dynamic, and politically engaged Digital Content Producer to join their Communications and Media Team. This is a full-time, year-long remote position focused on shaping the online presence of a global movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality visual and written content for social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create engaging graphics, short videos, GIFs, reels, memes, and infographics with quick turnaround times.
- Craft captivating captions, scripts, headlines, and call-to-actions.
- React promptly to news events and trending topics.
- Support national alliances and colleagues with digital content.
- Design and write compelling content for email campaigns.
- Create banners, images, and layout visuals for web and mobile.
- Write scripts for short-form videos and edit video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Rush, CapCut, or Canva.
- Source stock footage, overlay text, music, and subtitles for videos.
- Design static and motion graphics to support campaigns and storytelling.
- Develop templates and toolkits for partner organizations.
- Collaborate with the Digital Strategist to align content with priorities.
- Maintain a content calendar and digital asset library.
- Track content performance and adapt strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in digital communications, content production, or graphic design, preferably within social movements, NGOs, or activism projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in design, writing, and video editing.
- Proficiency in Canva and experience creating engaging social media content.
- Working knowledge of video editing workflows and tools.
- Familiarity with social media publishing, including mobile-first and accessibility practices.
- Ability to adapt content quickly to current events and movement needs.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Proficiency in Spanish and French (native or near-native) is highly desirable.
