Financial Manager, EMEA GTM @Twilio

Overview

Twilio is seeking a Financial Manager to join their GTM Finance team, primarily supporting the EMEA Sales. This remote role requires strategic partnership and data-driven decision-making to drive growth through sales commissions forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic FP&A architect for the EMEA Sales leadership team.
• Own the global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for global sales commissions.
• Design advanced models to optimize sales productivity and GTM efficiency benchmarks.
• Drive resource allocation through data-backed insights and proactive decision support.
• Forge cross-functional alliances to identify margin drivers and scale cost-efficiency.
• Execute agile scenario planning and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.
• Synthesize complex financial metrics into clear, executive-level narratives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role.
• Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and problem-solving across multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently and think strategically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience is desired.
• Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle is a plus.
