Overview

The role of the NiCE AI Forward Deployed Engineer involves designing, building, and deploying AI-driven customer engagement solutions. This position requires strong technical skills, as the engineer will work directly with customers and stakeholders to develop intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven virtual agents for automating customer service workflows.
• Architect agent behaviors including intent handling and multi-system interactions.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI agents from design to optimization.
• Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems.
• Develop full-stack solutions supporting agent interactions, including web interfaces and backend services.
• Partner with customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to prototype new capabilities and provide insights for product development.
• Support sales engineering by designing advanced technical demonstrations.

Requirements

• Experience in AI & Agent Systems, including large language models and prompt engineering.
• Strong background in full-stack development, including APIs and web interfaces.
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations using REST APIs and microservices.
