    Overview

    Twilio is seeking a Digital Sales Representative to join their remote team in the United Kingdom. This role involves driving sales and supporting Twilio’s social impact organization through lead qualification and customer acquisition.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and expand customer accounts within Twilio.org’s self-service and named account customers across various non-profit sectors.
    • Work with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, utilizing Twilio’s communications API platform to design solutions.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, focusing on closing new revenue and addressing account issues.
    • Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals while collaborating with internal teams.
    • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce.
    • Implement automation strategies for customer engagement while ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Drive deals forward, addressing obstacles and recommending process improvements.
    • Develop expertise in the social impact and nonprofit markets to assist customers effectively.
    • Communicate complex technical and financial information in an easily understandable manner.
    • Balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of sales, marketing, or operations experience in a technical SaaS/CPaaS environment.
    • Experience in technical solutions selling and a proven record of closing deals.
    • Familiarity with managing business forecasts and financial models.
    • Comfortable working with technical and business leaders, building partnerships.
    • Analytical skills for account development using data to prove value.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset to define processes and build programs.
    • Strong interest in the social impact sector.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
    • High adaptability and strong organizational skills.
