Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflows related to transaction fraud, first-party fraud, and account takeovers.
• Develop and implement scalable operational processes for fraud management.
• Make risk-based decisions on high-value/risk transactions and account offboardings.
• Respond to escalations related to fraud, maintaining a balance between risk and customer service.
• Conduct root cause analysis for fraud incidents and address efficiency gaps.
• Own and deliver projects related to Fraud Operations, utilizing AI tools to enhance processes.
• Collaborate with Policy, Data Science, and Engineering teams to improve operational tooling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fraud, risk, or related operations role.
• 1+ year of experience leading projects or workstreams end to end.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
