Front-End Engineer, Institutional @Blockchain

Overview

Blockchain is looking for a Front-End Engineer to join their Institutional team. This role involves building user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience and performance while collaborating with traders to develop efficient internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build new UIs for the institutional team with a focus on UX and performance.
• Develop visualizations of user portfolios and responsive UIs.
• Collaborate with traders to create optimized internal tools.
• Write reliable code for teams handling large amounts of data and live updates.
• Share knowledge and divide tasks efficiently within the team.
• Work on challenging problems in the cryptocurrency domain.
• Gain exposure to the latest technologies and product developments.

Requirements

• Integrity is the foremost quality required for this position.
• At least 2 years of experience with JavaScript and client-side web applications.
• Experience in building data visualizations.
• Proficient in React, TypeScript, NextJS, and Styled Components.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor.
• Experience with crypto applications and Front-End architecture.
• Able to adapt to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
