    Overview

    Geneva Global is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Advisor to support relationships with new and existing clients, including foundations and high-net-worth individuals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in strategic, advisory, and relationship-driven environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and develop relationships with foundations and philanthropists.
    • Guide clients through complex decision-making processes and craft high-impact strategies.
    • Nurture existing relationships and develop new client connections to grow the firm’s impact.
    • Design and oversee complex workstreams, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables within budget.
    • Anticipate client needs and develop tailored, strategic solutions.
    • Provide daily guidance, support, and feedback to team members.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert insights and fostering collaboration.
    • Support clients’ goals for equitable and just outcomes through strategic philanthropy.

    Requirements

    • An experienced professional with a background in consulting, NGO, or philanthropic organizations.
    • Strong project management skills to lead multiple client workstreams.
    • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and facilitation.
    • Demonstrated leadership and people-management experience.
    • Ability to build and grow client relationships strategically.
    • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
    • Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in global health, development, philanthropy, communications, or fundraising preferred.
    • Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with project management and CRM platforms.
    • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading teams, with additional experience in family philanthropy considered advantageous.

    Benefits

    • Competitive salary of $110,000 – $120,000.
