Madre Brava is hiring its first-ever Global Digital Communications Manager—a unique opportunity for a mission-driven professional to shape global conversations on sustainable food systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production of engaging digital content (articles, social media, videos, visuals).
- Write compelling copy for websites and campaigns.
- Design assets using tools like Canva.
- Manage and grow social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze digital engagement metrics.
- Optimize communication strategies based on insights.
- Advise internal teams on social media best practices.
- Strengthen Madre Brava’s digital presence across key markets.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging tools (including AI).
- Maintain brand consistency and communication guidelines.
- Support internal systems and digital workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital communications, especially within climate, sustainability, or food systems.
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills (including video).
- Strong understanding of digital campaigns and audience engagement.
- Experience supporting advocacy or corporate engagement initiatives.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Fluency in English (German and/or Spanish is a plus).

- UK: £54,188 – £63,670
- Germany: €65,025 – €76,404
- Spain: €57,800 – €67,915
- Belgium: €64,141 – €75,366
- Netherlands: €70,555 – €82,902
