Overview

Global Impact Ventures is hiring for four remote positions within its Finance & Business Services teams. These roles support nonprofit accounting and financial management for a global client base.

Key Responsibilities

Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
Perform foreign exchange conversions and manage grant budgets.
Maintain accounts payable/receivable and general ledger functions.
Assist with outgoing grant financial due diligence and reporting.
Prepare financial statements, budget variance reports, and support audit processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
Relevant experience: Senior Accountant (5+ years), Accounting Manager (8-10 years), Director (8-10 years).
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Excel.
Experience with nonprofit accounting, grant management, and international finances preferred.
CPA or CPA candidate preferred for Senior Accountant roles.

Benefits

Salary Ranges: Senior Accountant ($80,000 – $85,000), Accounting Manager ($105,000 – $120,000), Director ($140,000 – $150,000). Benefits include 16 paid holidays, 25 days of paid time off, parental leave, medical/dental coverage, disability insurance, and a 401(k) program.
