Overview
The Global Methane Hub (GMH) is seeking a Grants & Compliance Associate to support its grant-making operations. This remote role ensures grant processes align with organizational standards, legal requirements, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence on potential grantees, including financial and legal reviews.
- Manage grant compliance, track expenditures, and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain grant records and support operational aspects of grant administration.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage reporting schedules, and provide support on grant management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, environmental science, law).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in grant management, compliance, or due diligence.
- Experience with grant management platforms (preferably Fluxx).
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of international grant regulations and best practices.

- Passion for climate change mitigation and sustainable development.
Benefits
- Salary: US $46,000 – $58,000 per year.
