Grant Operations Manager @adidas Foundation

Overview

The adidas Foundation is seeking a dedicated Grant Operations Manager to oversee the organization’s grant management infrastructure and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the Foundation’s grant management system setup.
• Configure workflows, grant lifecycle stages, and reporting cycles.
• Maintain standardized data structures and oversee platform governance.
• Manage end-to-end administration of grant cycles.
• Conduct initial checks on applications for completeness and compliance.
• Serve as point of contact for partners regarding system access.
• Develop guidance materials and provide training on system use.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Social Sciences, International Development, etc.).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in grant management or program operations.
• Hands-on experience with grant management platforms.
• Strong coordination and workflow skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
