Overview
Greenpeace MENA is seeking a Creative Lead to shape the visual storytelling for environmental campaigns, strengthening the brand identity and inspiring action through compelling multimedia content. This remote role is based in the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic creative concepts aligned with messaging goals.
- Collaborate with teams and external partners to produce impactful campaign visuals.
- Produce and oversee multimedia assets (photos, videos) for various platforms.
- Manage the full creative process from concept to execution.
- Build and manage relationships with regional agencies, freelancers, and content creators.
- Ensure all content adheres to Greenpeace MENA’s visual branding and identity standards.
- Maintain a multimedia library and manage licensing and distribution of visual materials.
- Stay updated on production technologies and social media trends.
- Assess campaign performance and incorporate lessons learned.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in multimedia production, film, and creative content.
- Expertise in video/photo editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut).
- Strong network of regional photographers, videographers, and agencies.
- Experience managing creative projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of copyright, licensing, and media law.
- Ability to translate data into engaging visual content.
- Strong interpersonal skills with cross-cultural teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
