    Overview

    Health Care Without Harm's Practice Greenhealth is seeking a Director of Business Development & Impact to drive network expansion, revenue growth, and mission impact. This leadership role involves overseeing operational functions, managing the full membership lifecycle, and leading a team dedicated to sustainability in the healthcare sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives and establish annual growth targets.
    • Design and refine member acquisition and retention strategies, building and maintaining high-level relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Oversee the entire member journey—from recruitment to retention and expansion—delivering excellent customer service and managing membership renewal processes.
    • Lead high-stakes negotiations and complex sales processes, contributing to setting and achieving annual sales targets and monitoring sales performance.
    • Oversee operational functions within the Growth team, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data in CRM systems and developing dashboards and KPIs.
    • Lead the staffing, training, and performance management of the Growth team.

    Requirements

    • At least 7 years of professional experience in consultative sales, business development, or growth strategy, preferably within network or membership organizations.
    • Proven success leading teams, managing performance, and mentoring professionals.
    • Extensive experience in high-stakes, consultative sales involving complex service agreements, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate organizational strategies into actionable sales plans, using data-driven decision-making.
    • Skilled in managing departmental budgets, conducting market research, and delivering accurate sales forecasts.
    • Proficient in CRM tools such as Pipedrive or Salesforce; capable of overseeing data integrity and analysis.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to develop partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent combined experience and education will be considered.
    • Healthcare or sustainability sector experience is highly advantageous.

    Benefits

    Salary Range: $125,000 – $135,000 annually
