Immigration Program Manager @Figma

Overview

Figma is looking for an Immigration Program Manager to support its growing Immigration and Global Mobility programs. The role involves managing immigration cases and compliance while providing a high-touch employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Figmates and stakeholders on immigration inquiries and strategy.
• Manage a high-volume immigration case portfolio across US, EMEA, JAPAC, and LATAM.
• Coordinate with outside immigration counsel on case petition preparation and compliance matters.
• Track work authorization expirations and ensure timely renewals and escalations.
• Develop and maintain immigration resources, FAQs, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and manage internal reporting and compliance efforts.
• Coordinate international relocations and participate in global mobility initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing immigration at a global technology company or employment-based immigration law firm.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in U.S. visa categories (H-1B, L-1, O-1, etc.).
• Experience managing multiple vendors and complex immigration matters.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
