Overview
The Climate Collective Foundation is seeking a full-time Impact Analyst to support its growing portfolio of climate innovation initiatives. This fully remote role is designed for professionals with a strong background in sustainability, climate metrics, and data-driven impact assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on climate impact frameworks and methodologies.
- Analyze tools used for measuring climate mitigation and adaptation.
- Work closely with startup founders to understand business models.
- Define impact boundaries and identify relevant performance metrics.
- Design and customize impact assessment tools, primarily using MS Excel.
- Adapt tools for various climate tech sectors and use cases.
- Communicate with clients, partners, and collaborators.
- Maintain detailed meeting notes and translate discussions into structured insights for project tracking.
- Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and events.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives across the ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in climate impact metrics or related work.
- Strong understanding of climate change, including mitigation, adaptation, and resilience.
- Ability to work with data and develop analytical tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
